Refund policy

At our store, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please contact us at advntrnut@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refund will not include any shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.
